Christmas lights

I love Christmas lights. There is something about the soft glow of the white lights that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. I guess that is why I leave ours up until New Year's Day. Taking down the lights is a little depressing for me. 

This year, I justified my procrastination for taking them down by the length of time between
Thanksgiving (which is when we put up our lights) and Christmas. Since it was a shorter Christmas season, I wanted enough time to really take in the lights. Not bad, right?
